With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Mike Jordan is an Independent Financial Adviser and Managing Director of Jordan Financial Management Ltd. After transitioning from a career as a police officer, Mike brought his strong sense of duty and integrity to the financial world, values that continue to shape his client relationships today.

Mike holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is a proud Member of the Personal Finance Society. He specialises in holistic, long-term financial planning, including retirement planning, investment management and estate and Inheritance Tax planning. Over the years, he’s helped more than 1,500 clients—individuals, families, and business owners—make informed decisions about their financial futures.

As the strategic leader of the firm, Mike provides specialist advice in estate and intergenerational wealth planning. Known for his clear, empathetic approach, he leads a team with over 100 years of combined experience in the industry. His passion lies in helping clients achieve peace of mind through sound financial planning, grounded in transparency, trust and truly personalised advice.

Outside of work, Mike is a family man with a passion for classic cars and analogue synthesizers. He is also a key organiser of the Birmingham Festival of Electronic Music and actively supports local causes, including his former school, King Edwards, Aston, where the “Michael Jordan 6th Form Centre” was named in his honour.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Neil is known for his straightforward, honest approach and his ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients who trust his guidance.

A Diploma in Financial Planning and membership of the Personal Finance Society underpin Neil’s expertise. He provides tailored advice on a wide range of areas, including retirement planning, investment management, and tax-efficient strategies. His clear, jargon-free style helps clients feel confident and well-informed about their financial future.

Neil typically works with individuals and families, offering practical solutions for both expected and unforeseen financial needs. His client-focused approach is rooted in integrity and aims to deliver long-term results that align with his clients’ goals.

Within the firm, Neil plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalised advice and cultivating relationships based on trust and consistency. Chris offers independent, tailored financial advice to individuals and families, guiding them through investment planning, retirement strategies, and ongoing financial reviews. His client-focused, long-term approach ensures every recommendation is aligned with each client’s personal goals and evolving circumstances.

John McHugh is an experienced Chartered Financial Planner and Independent Financial Adviser, dedicated to long-term, relationship-based financial planning. As a Member of the Personal Finance Society and holding the prestigious APFS designation, John brings a thoughtful, client-first approach, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

John’s connection to Jordan Financial Management dates back to 2002, when he completed work experience placements before attending Cambridge University. After earning a 2:1 degree, he worked with the Metropolitan Police in London and spent time in China, where he learned Mandarin. He rejoined Jordan FM in 2017, collaborating closely with Mike Jordan and the team to deliver high-quality, independent advice.

John specialises in comprehensive, long-term financial planning, taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, values, and priorities. His calm considered manner and diverse life experiences allow him to connect deeply with clients and guide them through their financial journeys with clarity and trust.

Outside of work, John enjoys reading and spending time outdoors skiing, riding, canoeing, and sailing with his wife and daughter.

Through hard work and dedication, he successfully achieved his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and now supports his own growing client base.

James provides tailored, independent advice across key areas such as investment planning, retirement strategies, and long-term financial goal setting. He is passionate about helping individuals and families take control of their financial futures and is committed to building lasting relationships based on clarity, trust, and sound guidance.

Since joining, Lenny has successfully completed the required exams for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is now preparing to build his own client base. He is dedicated to providing clear, thoughtful financial advice and is gaining valuable experience across all areas of the business as he transitions into his advisory role.

With over 12 years of experience in financial services, Aqsa Imran plays a pivotal role as Operations Manager at Jordan Financial Management. Her work ensures that both clients and team members benefit from a smooth, well-supported, and professional experience.
